Flowmaster introduces our Flow FX cat-back exhaust system for the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco with the 2.3 or 2.7-liter engine and 4 doors. This system uses a Flow FX style muffler for a deep exhaust tone with an aggressive to moderate sound level and increased performance. Maximum dyno gains of 12 hp and 13 lb-ft were measured at the rear wheels. 3.00-inch mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing is used from the factory mid-pipe flange back to maximize exhaust flow and durability. This step up from the factory pipe size will help maximize gains from additional engine upgrades. The over-axle section is also routed to help gain an additional 2.0-inches of clearance from the axle when used on applications with modified suspensions. This allows for better suspension travel when used in extreme off-road situations. Dual 4.00-inch black ceramic coated tips are used to add a custom look to this iconic vehicle. Flowmaster also utilizes Spectrum Analyzers to fine tune the sound of each of the eleven different series of mufflers that Flowmaster currently offers, both for peak performance and just the right sound levels and tones.
