SHIPPING POLICY


Vehicle Accessory Pros is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Vehicle Accessory Pros proudly offers the best shipping services we can find. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Vehicle Accessory Pros also dispatches orders as soon as possible.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock you will be notified with an ETA.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

2. SHIPPING


All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER


It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

 

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES


Vehicle Accessory Pros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

 

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS


Vehicle Accessory Pros allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly  advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Please refer to our Returns policy.

 

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

Vehicle Accessory Pros has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock. Vehicle Accessory Pros sends available items first and sends remaining items when items arrive back in stock.

 

8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES


When dealing with Vehicle Accessory Pros you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You have the option of pre-paying whereby Vehicle Accessory Pros will include the amount in the price of the order.
