AutoTecknic Replacement Dry Carbon Fiber Fender Trim F80 M3 F82/ F83 M4

Developed and engineered with the OEM standard as the framework, these AutoTecknic dry carbon fiber fender trims are made with 100% dry carbon fiber composite material and fused with abs tabs that result in overall durable construction strong tabs for a secure and seamless fit. As an AutoTecknic standard, each trim is individually finished with precision that yields a superior paint quality fit to accentuate any vehicle.

Dry carbon fiber's name comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold and then into a sealed autoclave to cure properly. This method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the “wet” method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
