    Our heavy duty one-piece welded headache rack is made with heavy gauge steel square tubing. They can be purchased with full louvers, open louvers and with or without LED lights. Frontier Heavy Duty series headache racks not only keep you cooler by keeping the sun off your rear window, but they offer the best protection for your truck cab and bed when hauling items in your bed. In addition, these racks can provide a sturdy rest for cargo or to tie down loose objects. All headache racks come with a 32 inch long welded on leg that mounts to the truck bed.
